Start a return
At Atelier Adarsh, all our pieces are made-to-order, and as such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.
However, if you've received an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we're here to help.
How to Report an Issue
- Email us at studio@atelieradarsh.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Our team will review your case and respond within 2-4 business days.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution — this may include a repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion
Please Note
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review
- Customized, personalized, or altered pieces, and sale/discounted items, are not eligible for replacement or credit under any circumstances, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defect
