What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our pieces are made-to-order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Please email us at studio@atelieradarsh.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at studio@atelieradarsh.com with your order details.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
As each piece is made-to-order, processing times vary depending on the design and complexity of the garment. We'll keep you informed of your expected timeline after order confirmation, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my correct size?

Can I get a custom size or alteration?
Yes, we're happy to accommodate custom sizing and alterations on most pieces. Please reach out to us at studio@atelieradarsh.com before placing your order so we can guide you through the process and any applicable timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
As each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged or defective items.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us at studio@atelieradarsh.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We'll review each case individually and work toward a resolution.

Are sale items eligible for return?
No, sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
