At ATELIER ADARSH every piece is **made to order** with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. As a result, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please review our policy below:

 

Order Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** of placement for a full refund.

- After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Since all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [customer support email] within **48 hours** of delivery with:

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

 

Upon review, if the issue is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

 

Sizing Issues

Each garment is crafted based on the measurements provided. Please ensure accurate sizing before placing an order. If an item does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund. However, alterations may be possible at an additional cost.

 

Custom Orders

For fully customized designs, all sales are final. Any modifications post-production will be subject to additional charges.
